1. Put the items to be transported and the items that need to be eliminated in different places. 2. For some items that are not used temporarily but need to be taken away, they can be packed and boxed in advance.

4. The TV is first protected with a quilt on the screen, and then the TV plug is tied and fixed with tape.
5. Store all your documents on floppy disks or zip files, in a computer-specific case and protective material, and keep away from TVs, stereos, and other electrical appliances that may generate magnetic fields.
6. The printer is packed in the original box, the palette and tray are removed from the laser or inkjet printer, and a sheet of paper is inserted into the platen of the needle printer.
7. The stereo should be protected by packing it with a towel and other items, and the main unit such as the cassette should be fixed with tape.
8. Remove the screw parts of the bedside table, put them in a plastic bag and seal them, and stick them to the headboard with double-sided tape to avoid being left behind.
9. The four corners of the table are secured with adhesive tape with thick cardboard, and then wrapped with rope to prevent damage.
10. For other cabinets, first take out the items in the drawers, and then stick the drawers to fix them with tape; the removed items are then put into cartons, which are very convenient to carry.

3. After arriving at the new home, the items that need to be used first, such as cleaning tools, toiletries, supplies for going to work the next day, school supplies, etc., can be the last to get on the bus, the first to get off, and put them separately after arriving at the new home.
4. The water, electricity and gas in the old residence are confirmed to be turned off. After arriving at the new residence, confirm that the water, electricity, and gas can be used.
5. When moving, an adult from the family must be present to cooperate with the movers. If the child does not go to school, it is best to send him/her to relatives for temporary custody, to avoid accidents when carrying items on the spot.
6. Keep a good cooperative relationship with the porters, don’t blame them at will, and make them work in a happy mood, so that the staff will treat your items more carefully. When accepting the delivered items, be sure to take an inventory and check for any omissions.
7. Fresh goods are perishable, so avoid putting them in the box when transporting them for long distances. Such as cats, dogs, fish and other living pets and valuables must be carried by yourself.
Company and factory moving, involving the company and factory’s own property and employees, requires more preparation than home moving. After negotiating the transportation matters with the transportation company, it is necessary to prepare for transportation related matters.
1. Inform the company’s employees about the specific time of the relocation, so that the employees are ready to dispose of their personal belongings.
2. According to the agreement with the moving company, the dismantling work can be done in advance for the items and equipment that the company is responsible for dismantling and sorting. The work that belongs to the moving company will be handled by the moving company on time.
3. For the waste items and equipment that the company needs to eliminate, they shall be disposed of in accordance with the agreement with the handling company.
1. The company and plant handling have higher requirements for the handling company. Therefore, when looking for a handling company, you must find a company with licenses, complete insurance, and experience.
2. For items that can be packed and boxed in advance, the packing box shall be packed in advance, and the name of the item shall be marked on the outside of the box.
3. If the company has large equipment or items to be transported, it is necessary to find a flat and convenient loading and unloading site in advance, so that after the transport company arrives, the operation can be started immediately.
